Online Scalp Micropigmentation

$4,000.00 plus HST (13%) which includes:

This Form is legally binding when signed by the student and accepted by Scalp Micropigmentation Center and/or its parent company Second Skin Laser and Spa

Student Tuition and Enrollment

Training Requirements

Applicants must have good written and verbal skills in English, good vision (glasses and/or contact lens wearers are acceptable) – must be able to perceive line, form, and colour well, good hand/eye coordination, and strong manual dexterity (no shaky hands).


Class attendance is the student's responsibility. If any student feels they are unable to attend the in-office portion, they must notify The Scalp Micropigmentation Center immediately so that other arrangements can be made. If the student misses a class or training session, but has a PROVEN, legitimate reason for doing so, they will be rescheduled at no cost or consequence. IF the student has no legitimate reason for missing class, they will not be able to attend any further classes, nor will they be able to reschedule or get a refund of any kind. We take this job seriously, and we expect our students to take seriously.

SMC SMP Certificate – Scalp Micropigmentation Artist

SMC offers complete training and certification in Scalp Micropigmentation, however, each state and province has its own rules and regulations governing this profession or treatment. Please check your province/state and city for approved policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper permits, insurance, licenses, etc, according to your city, province, state, and country.

Cancelled or Relocated Classes

Scalp Micropigmentation Center reserves the right to cancel a class at its discretion, if the attendance does not meet our minimum requirements. Students shall be notified and refunded 100% of their amount paid, if the class is cancelled, or have the first opportunity to reschedule to the next available active class or training session.

Scalp Micropigmentation Center reserves the right to relocate a class if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so. Students will be notified as soon as the new location information is confirmed and established.

Refund Policy and Procedure

For Student Tuition (Scalp Micropigmentation Online and/or 3 Day Intensive SMP Training)

Class Rescheduling or Cancellation: Students have the right to reschedule or cancel the 3 Day Intensive SMP Training class provided that the student must inform Scalp Micropigmentation Center by email, or in writing, at least thirty (31) days before the class begins. Classes must be rescheduled and completed within 1 year from the original scheduled class date.

Refund Policy: Should a student fail to complete the 3 Day Intensive SMP Training class within 1 year or decide to cancel the class, any amount paid to The Scalp Micropigmentation Center, less the 50% non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Students who have started the course of instruction, or who start the program less in less than 30 days prior to the start date, are not eligible for any refund. Any online course(s), including the Online SMP Training Course is NON REFUNDABLE once deposit, or payment in full has been made – NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS.

Payment of Eligible Refunds:

The Scalp Micropigmentation Center shall pay or credit refunds due on a reasonable and timely basis, not to exceed thirty (30) days following the date upon which the student's written notice of withdrawal has been received and determined to be valid.
